A morning at Toyota I am giving this dealership five stars because of the attentive nature given to me as a customer. As soon as I pulled into the service hub, Trace imm I am giving this dealership five stars because of the attentive nature given to me as a customer. As soon as I pulled into the service hub, Trace immediately came out to take info for the service call. It did not take very long before it was determined that nails were in my tires and what would be needed for this. The dealership immediately arranged for me to get to a nearby destination to take care of other matters and returned promptly to pick me up to return to the dealership. This assistance maximized my morning errands because it could have been a morning of waiting and no additional accomplishments. My stars reflect the timelines, the care and the overall performance of all those who assisted me today. Although I had to buy a new tire because it could not be repaired! Not a good break on that, but otherwise pleased. More
