Part of the reason for the lengthy wait was his long non-business related conversation with the young woman at the head of the line. More

They declined to service my vehicle I brought our 99 Lexus ES300 in for service - running rough. Service mgr declined to work on my car. Since I’m not a regular customer and am bringing in an older model w higher mileage (185K), they don’t want to “assume the liability” of working on my car. Fair enough for a high volume dealership, but as an owner of 5 Toyota vehicles, who has used this service dept in the past, they are chasing away my business. Too bad, because they did good work in the past. More

Fantastic service! As a first time new car buyer, I was not excited to deal with the haggling and debating that takes place over numbers. The sales team was courteous and found me the car I wanted within the first 30 minutes of being on their property, and the accounting team worked with me to find a great price with minimal back and forth.
