DO NOT RECOMMEND! I purchased a new 2023 Tacoma TRD. Shortly after my purchase I noticed bad places in the paint after closer inspection the entire truck looks as if i I purchased a new 2023 Tacoma TRD. Shortly after my purchase I noticed bad places in the paint after closer inspection the entire truck looks as if it has been repainted. After contacting Hoover Toyota they set me up an appointment with one of their auto collision shops and I was told it must have come from the factory like that and that it will have to be completely refinished. Hoover Toyota refuses to do anything about this and tells me it’s between me and the collision center. WHO IN THE xxxx WANTS TO BUY A NEW TRUCK AND HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A BODY SHOP AND HAVE IT REPAINTED. I would throughly inspect any new vehicle here before purchasing which is ashame you would have to do that because they will not take care of their customers once you leave. I have since contacted Toyota and was told Hoover Toyota would be contacting me but still haven’t heard from them. So much for customer service. More
