Great experience Choon "Danny" Ng was my salesman, and he was wonderful. After an aggressive sales manager joined us during one visit I went to another dealership beca Choon "Danny" Ng was my salesman, and he was wonderful. After an aggressive sales manager joined us during one visit I went to another dealership because I don't like to feel like I'm being pushed. Because I liked Danny's friendly, low key approach, after visiting the other dealership I called him and explained that the sales manager had really turned me off. Danny assured me that, if I decided to buy from Hoover Toyota, i could work with a different sales manager. So I returned to Hoover Toyota because I was so comfortable with Danny. I was especially impressed with his patience and the time he took to make sure I was familiar with all the great safety features (and extras) that the RAV4 Limited offers. I will recommend Danny and Hoover Toyota to anyone I encounter who is thinking about buying a new car. More

Pleasant experience!! I just purchased a new Toyota RAV4. I was expecting to be at it all day and be exhausted afterwards! I haven't bought a car since 2003 and I am happy I just purchased a new Toyota RAV4. I was expecting to be at it all day and be exhausted afterwards!
