From Beginning to End, A Perfect Visit to Hoover Toyota! Because of a recall for my Solara, a new dashboard, I called Hoover Toyota. Later that afternoon I drove to the dealership because I was visiting friends in Hoover, forty five minutes from my home. Seth greeted me as I drove in with great courtesy and with feelings of care and interest in my car and me. He quickly called the Parts Department; he was positive they had a dashboard in stock, but called to make sure. He made my appointment for the following morning saying a driver would be happy to take me home and the get me when my car was ready. I told him that I would stay in the Customer Waiting area completing work I needed to do. Throughout our conversation Seth was knowledgeable and thoughtful of me, new to Hoover Toyota. This morning my dashboard was installed in exactly the amount of time Seth had told me. Once again this man took extra time to make sure I was comfortable waiting. He walked with me to the cashier, thanked me for choosing Hoover Toyota, and ended my stay with the same courtesy shown me earlier. I had an unexpected opportunity to thank Laura, the Service Manager, for the kind attention I had received from Seth and for leadership. During my wait, I heard Servicemen talk with each customer in the waiting area with uncommon courtesy and knowledgeable suggestions.
