Great experience. It was very busy but my service advisor Matt took the time to listen to my concerns and understand them. I had additional questions about the work to be done and Matt was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was needed. Matt was great! He also texted to let me know when Ruby 2 was ready. My car was parked just outside the door to be picked up and they had even backed it in so all I had to do was pull straight outta the spot. Ruby seemed cleaner too. More
GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I would NOT recommend HOOVER TOYOTA to anyone!!! The management in the USED car department are HORRIBLE. . I was in the process of buying a used car there, today. After my 15 min test drive. I decided to buy the car. I was needing my spouse to see the vehicle. So I drove it to my house. Due to traffic it took me longer than usual. The manager in the USED car department. Told my sales lady I had been gone to long.At that point it hadn’t even been a hour. I literally went to get the money for the car. The manager started giving the Sales lady a hard time, saying I had been gone too long. So I sent a 1,000 to hold the car which was only 5,000, til I could get back. Darius said he was reporting the car missing. When I when I got back to dealership. The manager and another man came outside and SCREAMED at me and told me I should answer my phone: when I had be on phone with the saleswoman for 50 mins on the way back. And then he proceeded to take the car keys away from me. Never asked if I was buying the car. Just took it from me and sold it to a white straight couple . This manager had said it was their policy to report the car missing after 15 min. He accused me off stealing a 5,000 car when my 60,000 was sitting there. And I had sent 1,000 til I got back. Just to be screwed at and the car sold to someone else. More
Wish I could leave a 0. Terrible service!!!!! Did not communicate well. Put on hold for long periods only to leave a message that was most often not returned. Took way too long with the repair and did not care that I had no vehicle. They should have at least vacuumed up after themselves when done. Receptionist was rude. In prior visits, it took about an hour and a half for an oil change. They always told me I needed something else, and when I asked a mechanic friend, he said it was unnecessary. I bought 3 cars there, and because of this treatment, I bought a Ford…. Hope they are better. More
I feel like family is taking care of my vehicles, Matt is always my service advisor, I have 32 years experience in customer service and Matt knows what Customer Service is! The alarm message suddenly went off and I could not find the problem. I was leaving town for the day and knew I had to find the problem. I came straight to the dealer ship and Sherry asked could she help. the problem. I was leaving town for the day and knew I had to find the problem. More than frustrated! This is twice I have taken my vehicle in for routine service (this time paying an additional $600 for the "extras" needed) and they have not turn the service light off. Last time vehicle in for routine service (this time paying an additional $600 for the "extras" needed) and they have not turn the service light off. Last time I took it back (30 minutes out of my way), this time when I took it I told the woman that wrote the service report up to make sure the light was turned off. Guess what? 2 days later it comes on. I tried calling and was left on hold for 30 minutes and never got an answer. Tried their "chat" and the answer was not available. Will find another deal to turn it off and then use that dealer in the future. More
I tried to get a "pre-purchase" inspection on a local vehicle that I am looking to purchase from out of state. I have done this at multiple Toyota dealers around the country with never a problem. I called ahead and arranged the inspection with J.B. When the owner showed up this morning with the vehicle, they refused to do the inspection, even after I called them and tried once again to explain what I needed them to do. I am the paying customer, and they still refused. I have owned three Toyota vehicles over the years, but I wouldn't take one there for service under any circumstances. More
