Elderly scam My mother has been using Hoover Toyota for at least 20 yrs. She had bought a new car in 2015 and is close to being at 20,000 miles under normal mileag My mother has been using Hoover Toyota for at least 20 yrs. She had bought a new car in 2015 and is close to being at 20,000 miles under normal mileage. She has been sick and I have been the one to take her car in for the required service. Last 2x she has paid close to $600 for things that were neither not needed or Not done. First instance one small piece of her under carriage came off so they ordered a new one. She took it in herself and they claimed they had to put two pieces on and charged her $300. I am the one who had the under cart removed by another dealership because it was scraping and he made sure to let me know only 1 had to be replaced and not get both done. My mom is 80 and soon as I was not there they charged her for both one of which she didint need. This last time I took her car in and had oil changed and tired rotated and after they talked to her on the phone she paid $200+ for a tune up which was not done. Battery has corrosion, fluids were not topped off, tires are making an odd noise plus a few other issues that we're not there before. Do Not take your car there they will not complete the work and if you do not know a lot about cards they will take advantage of that to get you to have things done and until you take to have it checked elsewhere you will assume they did it. I took it and asked what the car needed and that whole $200 service package that they said they did was not. Take your car to a reliable place for repair and service you will save money.A lot of money. More
We had a horrible experience. Two year old Camry had to have new motor. Broke down at night the day it had had a checkup at Hoover Toyota. Son put in thee quarts of oil because dipstick showed low. Multiple mechanics told us this was impossible. They tried to schedule our arbitration hearing while we were going to be out of country and originally said it couldn’t be changed. Took me several calls to get date changed. They told our attorney he couldn’t have expert witnesses at hearing. They showed up with 2 and told us we had 24 hours to produce ours. Couldn’t get it done that quickly, so were were out of luck. At another Toyota dealership, service manager of 28 years told us it should have been covered under warranty and that’s when we started investigating. Arbitration was a joke and totally in the dealership’s favor. On another note, our eldest son took his Highlander in for a repair. Was told $3000+. He went elsewhere and it was fixed for $800. Bottom line is stay away from this dealership if you want to be treated fairly. More

Excellent Buying Experience! We were in the market for a new vehicle. I called and talked with David Green who was very helpful over the phone. We set an appointment and he was totally engaged in our shopping experience. No interruptions with other customers, calls, etc. This was a pleasant surprise since we had just visited one of the premium car dealerships in the area and even though we had an appointment, the salesperson seemed to be more interested in other customers than us. Even though we were originally looking to buy another premium vehicle, David made us feel so comfortable and that we had all the time we needed to find exactly the car we wanted. We found exactly what we wanted and David helped us through the entire sales process. Todd Morris in the business office was extremely kind and professional. He explained the entire process and answered all our questions. He really added to our buying experience. After we were done with the business of buying the car, he passed us back to David who delivered the car to us. He explained all the features of the vehicle and helped me sync my phone to car. We then drove off the lot in our new car, having had a most excellent car buying experience! More

Terrible!!! On may 15 2019 I traded my 2011 Lexus es350 on an Infiniti at Hoover Toyota. Two weeks later I received notice that my Lexus payment was late, I infor On may 15 2019 I traded my 2011 Lexus es350 on an Infiniti at Hoover Toyota. Two weeks later I received notice that my Lexus payment was late, I informed my finance company I no longer had the vehicle I had traded it in at Hoover Toyota. They asked I contact them as they had not received payoff. I called and spoke with Kevin in finance and he told me they were waiting on funds that the check should be out by that Monday. On Wednesday I followed up with my finance company and still no payment. I then called Hoover Toyota spoke with Kevin again and he told me a check had been sent and would call me back with a tracking number. When he called back he said for some reason the check was still on the owners desk and ensured me it would be taken care of. Well needless to say it still had not been resolved as of June 19,2019. I visited the dealership with my two small children in hopes to speak with the owner to get this resolved. Long story short I was escorted of the premises by police and was told I could never step foot on the premises again. I never once acted any different then any normal mother with two small children but since they had still yet to pay off my Lexus and I asked for my vehicle back that I was obviously still reliable for they called the police and had me left embarrassed and still responsible for two car payments (in which is on their lot to be sold not even paid off) on June 20th the owner finally contacted me and was completely rude and ended the call with nothing being done and this has hit my credit report as a late payment!! More
