I used the USAA car buying service and Horne responded with a vehicle that met our requirements and they discounted the price so that I did not feel the need to negotiate further. While Horne is 130 miles from our home, the drive to pick it up was worth it. Joe Garguilo did a great job of showing us all of the features in our new car so that we left feeling that we had been treated fairly and respectfully.
