Bad! bad! bad!!!! customer service, never have been treated so bad. I brought up and confronted managers that their sales person lied to me about leasing program and he said he worked there for 5 year treated so bad. I brought up and confronted managers that their sales person lied to me about leasing program and he said he worked there for 5 years when in fact he is only in training, lol (of all things to lie about), anyway the managers thought that was so small of a thing that they tried blowing it off like it was not a big deal and they even said "is that all your complaining about". well... I didn't like that reaction and asked to talk to his boss, he didn't like that and was trying to blow it off and change the subject, I wouldn't go for his BS sales tactic and was very persistent with wanting to talk to his boss, so the next comment I got was if you want we can settle this in the back, basically he threaten me. You might say that so hard to believe, well can you imagine what I was thinking. After all, I finally got to talk to Sam Cooper General Manager for about 15 minutes and explained everything that I had gone through with the lies and being threatened, he said and promised me that all parties involve will be talked to, anyway... BFD! to late. Bottom line, if you want bad customer service and a manager with a bad attitude, Horne Kia is the place for you. FYI Horne Kia, I went down the street to Mark Kia and bought a brand new Optima and will be writing and doing a Great review for them. More

BEWARE! Dishonest! Test drove mini cooper A/C didn't work and transmission slipped. Internet sales manager told me not to worry, get extended warrantee and they can pay to fix the car. I went in to buy a used car and found a 2004 PT Cruiser which I liked so I started going through the process of buying it. Signing the paperwork was a nightmare. He handed me paper after paper. I wish I would have read all of them.One paper I signed was the Theft Protection Progrm which cost me $199. I laer told him I did not want it, but he said it was to late. I chandged my mine about the Lift Insurance, but he said it was to late and the bank would not take it unless I had it. I signed two contracts. The first one was too high for my pudget and I told him no, after two days, and the second one was within my budget, I wanted to just get my old car back and go somewhere else, but he dated the second one the same day I signed the first one and said I could not do this. Ray, the finance manager told me that AZ had no 3 day law so when I signed the papers it was final. I am not happy with the service and would not recomend Hone Kia to any one. More

My husband and I had a great experience @ Horne Kia! We just purchased our first Kia, a 2012 Sorento LX and we love it! Michelle, the sales gal was wonderful. We didn't feel pressured or feel like we wer just purchased our first Kia, a 2012 Sorento LX and we love it! Michelle, the sales gal was wonderful. We didn't feel pressured or feel like we were being sucked into extras or buying something over priced. She worked with us, and the Manager, and got us our monthly payment we were set on; we were extremely happy about that! So far, so good... loving my new wheels and all the added extras I did not anticipate - yay! :) More
I got straight talk from the beginning, no misleading statements or lies. I got all the incentives available to me without a hassle and no mark ups. I also got a good price for my trade-in. Negotiation process was painless and focused on my needs rather than on theirs. Finance department was honest and did not try to squeeze me or sell me what I didn't need. Before I go into the reasons for my ratings - I need to make it very clear that Mario and Chris had nothing to do with my bad experience - it had everything to do with the man who walked out of the financi make it very clear that Mario and Chris had nothing to do with my bad experience - it had everything to do with the man who walked out of the financial office - If you want to be misled and lied to this is the place to shop for a vehicle. I went into this dealership to by a Kia Sorento and for the record _ I bought a Kia Sorento the following day at a dealership that actually has integrity. We were flat out lied to - I had a very specific upgrades that I wanted to have on the vehicle and was not flexible on - so out comes the man from the back room and low and behold he found the only one available in the western United State - what a crock - we found 4 the next day - and then because it was so hard to find there was going to be a premium added to the MSRP because of what they were going to have to trade to get the vehicle for me. All the figures were scribbled on the back on a piece of paper (nothing professional at all) they could be scratched out and changed very easily. We were not told about one rebate that was available and the payments figured on the sheet were figured incorrectly. The bad experience did not occur because of bad credit - we have excellent credit - our credit score is above 800 - or lack or a down payment - we put $10,000.00 down when we bought the car elsewhere the following day - we did not misrepresent ourselves in any way - and treated everyone with respect. What we got in return was the exact opposite - I will NEVER go back to this dealership and have shared this experience with everyone I know that is thinking of buying a vehicle - as well as how well we were treated when we walked into a DIFFERENT dealership the following day. If you value HONESTY and CUSTOMER SERVICE drive right by this lot! More
