Prior to my most recent service visit my rating would hav been a 5 star...but, this most recent 13,000 mile service (1.6 hrs) cost $192.00 labor charge. That seems an extraordinary rate in excesses of $100 been a 5 star...but, this most recent 13,000 mile service (1.6 hrs) cost $192.00 labor charge.
