Will continue to purchase, even though we live in Tucson now This last purchase was my third with Sonora Nissan. We have all heard the scary tales of buying a car whether new or used from dealerships and how vi This last purchase was my third with Sonora Nissan. We have all heard the scary tales of buying a car whether new or used from dealerships and how victims become prey to the sly salesman. I can honestly say this was NEVER the experience I have ever had in all three times working with Sonora Nissan. I did buy a new car last year a 2014 Sentra SV and when we moved to Tucson, Arizona (August 2014) we realized that with having a growing 9 year old and the long distance drives we do frequently we needed something that was comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time. My husband and I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue SL and I can even express to you how happy we are. We chose to drive back to Yuma from Tucson to continue business with a company we consider family as they have taken very good care of us with our previous two purchases. Raul Jimenez, our salesman, was very patient working with my husband and I as I sat in roughly a dozen cars. Finding a car that vibes with you is difficult, and one that has the functionality that you need can also be a challenge. When we found the "winner" so to speak we were a little nervous about financing. However, it was painless and just as easy as it was to find "my dream car." The manager, Luiz Valenzuzela was as always very kind and helpful with providing numbers for our financing. We both felt completely comfortable and relaxed knowing we were in good hands. Rick Wing, did our financing paperwork and explained every warranty and additional add on all while answering every one of my questions. This is the part where I tend to get tense, but Rick was very awesome. All in all this was just as good as every other time I have worked with Sonora Nissan. I will forever come back to Sonora for any other new car purchase because they treat me like family. We did shop around (looking) at the dealership here to get an idea but never once considered purchasing in Tucson. Why? When I can come back to Sonora, and be treated with respect. In fact its nice to catch up with the wonderful people who work there. More
