First car buying experience at Sonora Nissan I went to purchase a car for daughter in the middle of the month, the salesperson was less than helpful and did not appear to be too concerned about w I went to purchase a car for daughter in the middle of the month, the salesperson was less than helpful and did not appear to be too concerned about working out a deal with the new car and my trade in. I actually walked away and was not going to return to this dealership. One week later, my daughter told me that she wanted a black Challenger that qs still at this same dealership. With some hesitation, I returned to the dealership and was great by a cheerful salesman, Marco A Hernandez. Not only was he helpful, but he was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was friendly, not pushy and made me feel like he really cared about the transaction (vehicle purchase). We were able to agreed on a price and my daughter drove home on her new Dodge Challenger. I must add that buying a car can be a somewhat stressful experience because of the time involved and the salesman walking back and forth to ask his supervisor if the price can be further negotiated. I told Marco what I wanted to pay, what I needed for my car and that I did not want to waste each other's time. Marco made two trips to the managers office and came back shaking my hand.......he congratulations, the car is yours. No haggle and no stress!
