Fair Prices, without the High Pressure Sales! The prices at this dealership were very fair and competitive when I looked at other dealerships online. My wife and I were looking for a medium to lar The prices at this dealership were very fair and competitive when I looked at other dealerships online. My wife and I were looking for a medium to large sedan with good gas mileage and a comfortable back seat for the three kids. On day one, Juan Ravlcaba gave me and a friend a good preview of the used selection and was very knowledgeable about the various models pointing us to the Altima and Maxima. We'd visited every dealership in Yuma that day and Juan was by far the most helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find a good deal. On day two, I brought my wife back and she test drove three different vehicles. It was Isidro Cardona who helped us experience each one and gauge which best met our needs. He listened and was knowledgeable about each vehicle. If there was something he couldn't answer he'd quickly look it up on his phone as we drove. Isidro helped us work up the numbers for a trade in and financing the new vehicle. He was very professional and didn't attempt to pressure us in to an immediate decision. We were given his best offers between two different vehicles and we left to think about which choice was best for us. We settled on the 2014 Altima and Isidro was very helpful getting us out the door as quickly as possible and we never felt like he was MIA at any point in the purchasing process. He answered questions and give us a great service. We had a few minor service needs the Isidro continued to help us with. It was nice to see that even after we were out the door he was still willing to go the extra mile and insure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. It was a very refreshing experience compared to some of our previous auto purchases in the past, where high pressures sales people and poor "post sale" experiences were abysmal. More
