Enjoyable experience No hassel. I have been getting my vehicles serviced here since 2009 and the service has been nothing less than exceptional. The low cost has also been a huge plus and I always have the pleasure of dealing with Emma or Ricardo. These two individuals have been extremely professional and understanding. They keep me informed of the status of my vehicle as I have asked of them. However, the people who manage the phones sometimes give me the runaround and pass me to multiple employees before I can speak to who I asked for to begin with. My last experience has been with Irvin. Irvin is a young motivated, tactful and professional young salesman. What I enjoyed most of him was that he did not pressure me to purchase anything I didn’t want unlike most dealers who pressure you to drive out with a vehicle that day. He did offer to order the vehicle for me but I refuse purchase a vehicle before I see it. Irvin is soft spoken so it can be a little difficult to hear him at times. Although he doesn’t have all the answers he didn’t give me bogus information like other salesmen. He took the time to find the answers to my questions. Irvin also gave me all quotes in writing and explained the process to me thoroughly. If he gets the vehicle I want I will go back to see him. However, Isais and Juan need to coordinate and manage their schedule a little better. I’m glad they scheduled me when they did and were both busy at that time when I showed up. If not I would have never had the pleasure of dealing with Irvin. More
