Best Car Buying Experience I was in the market to buy a new car and was going to go to Phoenix after my last experience buying locally at another dealership was horrible. Other co-workers in my office had purchased cars from Sonora Nissan and had nothing but positive things to say about them and their service department so I thought I would give them a try. My salesperson was Carlos Solano and that poor man deserves an award for his patience dealing with me for five hours. He was always patient, kind and helpful and was fully knowledgeable about the vehicles he had for sale. What I instantly liked was his down to earth attitude and I didn't feel pressured into buying a car. He was more concerned that this was the car I wanted instead of making a sale. After looking at Kelly Blue Book and Auto Trader I knew the car was already priced at its value and not over inflated taking most of the game out of the car buying experience. I wasn't planning on trading in my older vehicle since dealerships don't usually give you much for them but their offer was reasonable for the condition of the car so I was able to put that towards the purchase. I now recommend Sonora Nissan to people who are looking for a new vehicle and tell them to go see Carlo and he will treat you right. More
