I accompanied my sister-in-law in purchasing a new vehicle Thanksgiving weekend (having personally purchased many vehicles over the years) and throughout the endeavor had the pleasure of dealing/speaking with Jan, Carlos and David. Jan, Carlos, David personally made the buying experience one of the best I've ever had purchasing a vehicle at any dealership (having dealt with numerous dealers over the years). David our primary sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable in his every response to my many questions and most importantly he exhibited the upmost professionalism/patience even when I made it tough on him ironing out all the details of the sale. We went from being semi-far apart on vehicle trim and what price we wanted to pay, to being fairly close, coming to a mutually satisfying agreement for both parties. There was never any pressure to buy now nor, the insertion of hidden costs once we picked the vehicle we wanted just clear cut and honest salesmanship from the start. I can't begin to express how refreshing and appreciated it was to receive this after so many bad experiences with other dealers. Needless to say, Sonora Nissan has earned my business by exhibiting honest attributes, competitive pricing, willingness to answer my every question and a fantastic sales person that went out of the way to provide a level of attention to detail so rarely found. Would I recommend this dealership? You Bet! I have never had a more pleasurable experience with any other dealership as I have had with Sonora Nissan. I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Titan from Sonora Ni had a more pleasurable experience with any other dealership as I have had with Sonora Nissan. I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Titan from Sonora Nissan and within a couple of days of ownership I was sideswiped by a distracted driver when we both were making a left hand turn and he drifted into my lane. After that I took my new truck into a auto body shop and they had it for two weeks to replace the skin on the passenger door behind the driver's door. Well into the second week of repair or (waiting) I stopped by the shop and noticed my truck sitting out in the open with all the windows rolled down and some parts stacked inside the vehicle. That particular week was very windy and dusty so the inside was dirty. I was floored and told the owner. When I got the truck back it looked pretty good and the owner told me that the truck was outside only a short time. I looked over the repair and it looked good, but we were inside a covered garage with only overhead lights and some sun light filtering in. So I said it looks OK and took possession of the vehicle. The owner of the body shop also took $100.00 off the deductible because of the incident with the dusty interior. I thanked him and drove my truck home. The following day I went out and looked at the truck in the sun light and the paint seemed to match OK. I looked into the passenger seating and noticed that the top of the seats was still covered with what looked like dust from sanding. So I got a clean damp cloth and wiped down all the seats and vacuumed the truck. Later that day me and my wife were out riding around in our truck when she noticed that there was something on the windshield and you only saw it when you were looking into the sun. So as soon as we got home I got out some window cleaner and started to clean the windshield. It wouldn't come off, so I got a razor blade and found that it was over spray on the window. So I scraped the entire windshield to get the over spray off. Well I resigned myself to the fact that now my brand new truck was broken in and that was that. On the 24th of December my salesman called to wish me a Merry Christmas and a Happy Birthday. I told him that I was not happy and that I just happen to be standing outside in the parking lot of my work area and looking at the difference in color from the original color to the repaired color and the difference was from blue to a type of grey blue and it stood out like a sore thumb. Drew, my sales consultant said that's not right, let me see what we can do. Within a half hour Drew called back and asked me if I would consider bringing back the truck and exchange it for a brand new 2014 Nissan Titan. I said that never happens. He said you are a valued customer and we want you to be happy. I still couldn't believe what I was hearing, Drew asked when could I show up and make the swap. I said in a couple of hours. I didn't tell my wife cause I still didn't believe this was happening. When I showed up I was treated as though I were family and they (the dealership) were going to make it right. I drove out of the dealership with a brand new beautiful truck that I still cannot believe I have. I told my family and friends during Christmas about my experience and they couldn't believe it. So, when asked if I would recommend this dealership to anyone, my answer is to anyone that will listen that you will not find a better dealership than Sonora Nissan.
