Robert Sprouse was our sales rep this time. although new to the position he was professional and friendly and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. Usually dealing with Danny Munoz, Danny has since been promoted (rightfully so!) and we were introduced to Robert. The price point on the vehicle was in keeping with its immaculate condition and although I didn't have my heart set on buying the vehicle called to me as a heck of a deal. Robert didn't push and even had the vehicle "Certified" for us. A terrific value, extending the warranty. All I can tell you is I have bought/leased 3 vehicles from these guys so far and will do so again! Thanks again Robert and the whole Sonoran Nissan team! We visited Nissan a week ago Friday with the plans of looking at and test driving a Rogue. After doing so, we spotted a Juke which I had been researching also, so we test drove that, too. Fortunately my sales person was Drew Stapp who had all the answers I was looking for, worked closely with me to figure out the cost and the financial plan, and made my experience incredibly fun and entertaining. Now the reason this was such a big deal for me is that I had owned my RAV for TEN years and was having a hard time giving it up. So it was like going through a brand new experience. Drew could not have made things more fun! Five hours flew by like 60 minutes. He followed up with us again the next day by bringing the RED JUKE in from out of town, and answered a few more questions. I can happily recommend Drew to my friends knowing they will be well taken care of and will be worked closely with. I feel I have made a new friend, too. More
