We spent many of months searching for a potential vehicle, the other major dealerships around had potential vehicles but the experiences were average to below average. A great example was compared to the Toyota dealership the representative we had shown little to no knowledge of the vehicles he always walked to the info sheet of the vehicle or just gave us a blank look. Where as Robert explained in vivid details of what vehicles would be like and what to expect. He also sat down with us and asked what did we want, what were needs and what was reality for our budget. And thus he deliver the Murano SV a vehicle that exceptionally exceeded our expectations, that not another competitor were able to bring to the table. We were happy with the fact that we didn't compromise on anything. All of our expectations were met from pricing to payments.
