Marco Hernandez was of great assistant when I first purchased my vehicle. He was a very helpful and friendly person, I felt very comfortable with him and he was honest. I have had really bad experiences at different dealerships where I was even given attitudes by sales agents because I was unsure. Marco was really patient and would put out any possible option out there for me, and would make me very reasonable offers. He knew what he was talking about and he understood our situation as a consumer. Looking to downgrade from our full size SUV for a midsize with better MPG. Used the "no haggle" car buying service from my bank and within minutes of submitting, I was contacted by a rep from their internet with better MPG. Used the "no haggle" car buying service from my bank and within minutes of submitting, I was contacted by a rep from their internet sales department. Hours later we were sitting down with a sales rep and talking numbers. The dealer give me more than the KBB trade-in value, beat my bank's interest rate, and got me out the door with a total financed amount less than the "no haggle" vehicle price. The vehicle purchased was out of town but delivered only two days later. The post-detail appearance was initially sub-par on the interior. Water marks and streaking from rags, water spots on the seats, oily residue on center console, and dirt on the rear seat kick-plates. Vehicle was also not ready on time. After another 20+ minutes, the vehicle was delivered and looked great! Robert did a fantastic job with the walk-through and I left knowing how to fully operate the systems. Positives: Friendly, knowledgable sales rep, great price, speedy sales service. Negatives: Detail quality and not adhering to agreed pick-up time. Last comment has to do with professionalism and courtesy. Sales associates should not great customers using slang such as "boss." It was not Robert and only happened once but is a pet peeve. My only complaint is that I started this purchase in the used sales department, the sales desks are in a poor shape and doesn't have that first class environment.I hope you guys can improve the shape the used department looks like.
