Raul was very polite since my arrival at the dealership. He took the time to walk around the lot with me and knew just about every mileage on all the vehicles in the lot. This was very helpful because I knew exactly what price range to look at. Once inside, Luis was also very helpful in explaining the loan procedure and showing me the different choices in payments I had. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. We were actually going to purchase a car in Phoenix, but made a pit stop to test drive a car at the Sonora Nissan Dealership. We were very surprised at how easy going and friendly Marco and Cecil were. They explained their pricing and even offered to let us test drive the vehicle around town. They were in no way pushy or aggressive, which really made us stick around and hear them out. We ended up falling in love with the vehicle and Cecil made the entire purchasing process very simple and quick. Their pricing was better than what we were finding in Phoenix and they were willing to negotiate. I was so happy to be able to purchase a car locally and from some great salesmen who made the entire experience from start to finish wonderful. More
