In a span of 50 years in purchasing cars, I must admit that I finally encountered the best shopping experience when I stepped through the doors of Sonora Nissan. Prior to leaving my home, Juan Ruvalcaba made sure that I had all the documentation that was needed in hand, After a pleasant ride, with Juan's personal attention, we arrived at the car agency where I was introduced to all the staff I would be dealing with (including all staff that I had spoklen. Needless to say, unable to walk around looking at various cars, due to Juan's astute assessment of my needs, he was able to select a car that was exactly what I wanted and incidentally I would have selected. My questions were answered promptly and simply. Negotiations finished - I drove home in my new car. The bottom line is that I was treated with respect and the utmost friendliness, In reality, it was like I was dealing with members of my personal family. Everything was explained in detail until they were sure that I understood everything, particularly, the financing (Octavio - you're awesome). In essenence, you're going to buy a new car , do it where you're treated best.
