I have been interrested in a 2013 Sentra for a while. I went to Sonora Nissan to look at them. Juan Ruvalcaba greeted me as soon as I walked into the dealership. Juan did not waste my time and show me something that he knew that I did not want. After I picked out the car, Juan showed me how to use the navigation and explained the Satellite Radio. While having some service work done on my 94 Nissan ZX I was approached by Bill Rhodes and after some conversation I was offered a test ride in one of the new Nissan Sports models. There was no pressure to buy anything other than what we came in to purchase. I wanted a car with less than 100 miles on it and they made it happen by trucking it in for me. My car had 9 miles on it, how fantastic is that? Everyone on the sales floor worked as a team to help us find the car we wanted, and we appreciated each person that helped us. The Not So Good: There were some moments of confusion for us, as we were told we were going for the VIP tour of the facility, which we thought would take about 5 minutes and we ended up hanging around for about 3 more hours so we could sign the paperwork, which we thought we would do when the car got arrived in Yuma. (What if the car had not been to our satisfaction?) We were unhappy with this because we told them that my husband had just worked a 13 hour night shift and by the time we got out of Nissan he had been awake for over 24 hours. This was really the only thing that we have to complain about. We did not like the super long experience, AND signing for the car SITE UNSEEN. More
