Nick was very courteous and he wasn't pushy or anything, in fact he was very helpful and very friendly and worked a good deal for us, so I highly recommend buying a car from Sonora Nissan and I highly recommend buying through Nick. NISSAN SERVICE CENTER PROVIDES EXCEPTIONAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are owners of a 2004 Nissan Maxima with 185,000 miles on it. We took the car into Sonora Nissan because the fan had been working inter SERVICE! We are owners of a 2004 Nissan Maxima with 185,000 miles on it. We took the car into Sonora Nissan because the fan had been working intermittently . They diagnosed that the Blower motor and Resistor were faulty. We had purchased an aftermarket warranty plan and this was the first occasion to make a claim. From the beginning it was obvious that the warranty representatives were going to make it as difficult as possible to obtain repair approval. The warranty representatives made us go back to 2007 and obtain documented maintenance records including all oil changes from then until present; luckily most of this work was accomplished at Sonora Nissan. We would like to thank Service Advisor, Eric Pastrana for his exceptional customer service in dealing with the warranty company. It required numerous phone conversations along with multiple faxes; researching so-called issues and addressing all of the gaps the warranty company was attempting to use for potential denial. He maintained his friendly demeanor throughout this difficult process. Our warranty is now in place for future repairs; we appreciate Eric and the Service Manager, Lisa Rimmer Lopez for everything that they have done for us over the years! We highly recommend their service department and commend them on their exceptional customer service in a time when courtesy is at a minimum. Russ & Pat Queen More

For all those that thought it couldn't be done, didn't work with Andrew.
