I always hated going to dealerships because they are are always bugging you but Ivan Lardin was very patient did not rush me and worked with me to get me the best deal to my budget. My wife and I had been considering a new car purchase for several weeks. Through our online research and 'after hours' walks of the local dealerships, we had narrowed our selection to several different bran several weeks. At this point, we were ready to test drive each of the cars to finalize our vehicle choice. Our first stop was Sonora Nissan, we felt comfortable starting there due to the fact that we had purchased a Murano there several years ago and had a positive experience during that process (and also since then with Eric in the service department). Upon entering the dealership, Devlyn approached us and struck up a conversation. After several minutes, Devlyn understood that we already had a car in mind and we wanted to test drive a Maxima. After a brief introduction to the vehicle, Devlyn handed us the keys to a Maxima and we were off on a text drive. Upon return to the dealership, we had several other questions regarding additional options that could be added to the Maxima. Devlyn answered our questions, and let us know that he could definitly find a Maxima with all the features we wanted. We then told Devlyn thank you and that we had a couple of other cars to look at and we would be in touch. We then went to another local dealership and had a less then desirable experience with a salesman that could not answer our questions and a test drive that was not near our Maxima experience. At this point, my wife and I decided that we had already found our car, the Maxima. I called Devlyn to discuss the options we wanted on a Maxima, and within four days he had the perfect car delivered to Yuma. Thank you for an awesome car and a great car-buying experience. Josh P. I always knew I wanted to buy local since day one, but a few dealerships and their disinterest in my business made it hard to want to buy. I don't know if it was because their sales were booming that they did not have time to help me or they simply thought that being a girl I had no idea what I wanted therefore I was not a serious buyer, whatever it was it made me frustrated so I started shopping out of town. The shopping online with carsdirect, autotrader, craigslist, and the trips out of town to Phx & San Diego quickly became overwhelming so I gave Yuma a shot again. I called made an appt with a name-less dealership and of course the name-less dealership did not call me back until 9 hours later! I was back to square ONE! And again given up. I drive by Sonora Nissan numerous times, almost everyday of the week so I decided to stop by, I was immediately greeted by Ivan Lardin. I told him what I wanted/needed, he then gave me a some options and helped me narrow it down to a couple cars. Things seemed too good to be true and way too easy so I asked if he could hold the truck for me and that I would sleep on it and to call me the following day. He never seemed pushy and gave me my space and time to think about it explained my 1001 questions very detailed. I went home and the more I thought about the truck the more I got excited and eager to buy it.... I am now a happy owner of a wonderful truck. It is truly a good feeling to know and to tell people you bought local and support our local community. I am glad Sonora Nissan still has people with great customer service, great attitudes and definitely great prices.
