This dealership is by far the best dealership around! I have dealt with every other dealership in town and was not happy with the service. Last week I decided to trade in my Jeep and told myself that I wou have dealt with every other dealership in town and was not happy with the service. Last week I decided to trade in my Jeep and told myself that I would not do business with another car dealer in Yuma. I traveled to Phoenix and found a nice used pickup from Carmax. On our way back from Phoenix, my wife said she really liked the look of the Nissan Murano that was on the lot at Carmax and was thinking of trading in her vehicle to get it. Once we arrived back in Yuma, she drove to Sonora Nissan to test drive a Murano to see if she liked it. The plan was, if she did like the vehicle, we would travel back to the phoenix carmax and buy her one. The staff (Danny Munoz, Miguel Aramburo, and Manny Rodriguez) were so friendly at Sonora Nissan, she ended up purchasing a new vehicle from them that night. The staff worked until late Sunday night to get her the financing and payments that fit our budget. I was so impressed with the service that Sonora Nissan gave my wife, I drove to Phoenix the next day and returned my vehicle to carmax in order to do business with Sonora Nissan. I found a pre-owned titan with low mileage on the lot and once again Danny, Manny, and Miguel were able to get us financing that fit our budget. I can't say enough what a great group of staff that Sanora Nissan has. Danny is always there to answer any questions and is genuine in ensuring that the customer is happy. His no pressure demeanor really puts you at ease. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Manny and Miguel are financing kings. Both have a great personality that immediately puts you at ease and they give you the "straight Scoop". I've been around alot of auto financing managers that sit behind their glass wall, six feet off the ground, and send the salesman on a relay race back and forth with offers that never add up.
