I can say that of all the surrounding car dealers I went, you did your homework and felt that you wanted my service. Because the other car dealers, first question was how much money I had as a down payment. And in your case your staff took the application and indicated "we will see what we can do to work with you." The end result was an approval to purchase a vehicle without a down payment. A satisfied customer that will continue doing business with your company in the years to come. More

Ismael, the person who handles online applications stayed in touch to make sure that my experience was optimal. They set up appointments with me and I never had to wait on them. When I signed all my papers with the finance person he answered all my questions. After I had the car for three days Ivan called to ask me how I liked it, I had a problem with the air-conditioner and Ivan had me bring in my car the next day. When I got there Eric greeted me and took my information and my keys and Enrique gave me a ride to work. My air-conditioner worked great for three weeks and then it started blowing only hot air. I called Ivan and once again I had an appointment (that was confirmed by an email to me) the next morning. Ivan didn't hesitate, no hem-hawing, just immediate attitude of lets get this problem fixed. Nick took my keys and once again Enrique took me to work. Nick called to tell me that they had to order a part. He spoke to my salesman, Ivan and the finance manager Manny and told me that they would cover the cost of the repair. I was thrilled since I know that all used car sales are "As is" despite this they made it "right" for me. They told me that Enrique was on his way to pick me up and by the time I got downstairs to the entrance he was there. Every person that I have had any interaction with has been professional and friendly. I can truly say that Sonora Nissan has exceeded my expectations. As a single Mom, Grandma and hardworking RN, I appreciate being taken care of instead of being taken advantage of. I will recommend Sonora Nissan to everyone I know. More
