Over the last five years, I've done about $20,000 of business with the service department of Hoselton. My most recent visit will likely be my last. Hoselton replaced my brake rotors about 10,000 mil business with the service department of Hoselton. My most recent visit will likely be my last. Hoselton replaced my brake rotors about 10,000 miles ago and during my inspection visit, they told me that the rotors were rusted out and delaminating. I requested that the parts be kept so I could look at them. Suspiciously, the parts were discarded so I could not look at the condition of the parts. I contacted the service director and got no response. I hope the $500 you got from me is worth the loss of the future business. More
