delightful, smooth and easy experience Went in to look at an F-Type. My first time in the dealership. Did not get hassled or annoyed. Was left alone to look around. At the end Ralph pleasantly asked me if I'm interested in a jag, and that if I was, there maybe some good year end deals on them, and asked if he could dig into that for me. I said yes. He was working very fast to get me some answers, because he knew I needed to leave soon. He seemed very honest and conscientious. He found me a great deal from the manufacturer. I went back in a few days, test drove it, and bought it. He had me meet Chris his manager, who was just as classy and honest. It felt like these guys were my buddies. I felt welcomed the whole time. The experience was a perfect balance of low pressure, yet the right amount of attention given to me. They appreciated my business. well done gang. More

Used Car Rip Off If you were considering buying a used car from Orloff, DON'T DO IT!!! I worked with Shawn Stephens and ended up with a total lemon. Orloff will put any piece of junk on the lot and you will be stuck with it. I bought my son a used Volvo less than a year ago. It has been in the shop nearly every single month. After driving it only 4,000 miles it suddenly needed a new engine, new front bearings, new oil trap and on and on. I'm at $5,000 in repairs and all they say is gee that's not normal for Volvo. I say save your self the trouble and GO TO A REPUTABLE dealership or avoid buying VOLVO altogether. Worst experience I have ever had. More

Great Experience with Custom Order I worked with Shawn Stephens to order a 2016 XC90 exactly as I wanted it. Shawn kept me up to date as to where the vehicle was in the build process.
