My advisor, Joe Gomez, is great. He makes sure that I'm taking care of and listens to my comments and answers my questions. I'll always ask for Joe when I need service. I received a very nice loaner and my car was out in front waiting on me when I came to pick it up. My only concern is that the technician keeps trying to get me to agree to a brake system flush. As you know, these are required in the service schedule at 3 years. The in service date for my car was April, 2024. By my count, I have another 8 months until that's due. I would suggest that the technicians making the service recommendations make those recommendations more in line with Honda's established schedule. I also shared with Joe that the loaners on both my service visits this month had a slight smell of smoke in them that became more evident as the car sat in the hot sun. I know that people aren't smoking in them, but I think that the folks driving around the lot are smokers and that smoke comes off them and their clothes and attaches to the fabric in the car. I'm sensitive to that and my wife is super sensitive to that. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my recent service. More
