We still had a year to go on our current lease but Howdy Honda was willing to work with us as always. When I reached out, Mohamed was the first person I spoke with. From the start, he was very communicative and flexible. He really made me feel at home when I got to the dealership. He helped me find the perfect truck for my needs and thoroughly walked me through every feature it offered. The paperwork work process is always time consuming but Mohamed was great to hang out with through it all. He even made sure I was hydrated by offering me basically bottomless Gatorade. 😅 He really hyped me up and was adamant that I take a photo with my brand new Ridgeline. I’m kinda glad he did cause it made me realize I really need to tan my legs 👻 10/10 service! Hit ya boi Mohamed up for all your vehicle purchasing needs 🫡 More

Thank you Jason, Dayron and Mark for the excellent service I received. My 1996 Accord was totalled by an uninsured driver. I went Howdy Honda Pre-owned and drove away 3 hours later in a 2020 Civic. service I received. My 1996 Accord was totalled by an uninsured driver. Sadly, my most recent experience consisted of a skammy senior sales team member that was pushy and did not listen or respect what I wanted. What started this experience off was a sales rep telling me that senior sales team member that was pushy and did not listen or respect what I wanted. What started this experience off was a sales rep telling me that the vehicle I wanted was available (Better yet several models) available. However this wasn’t the case, this was only a tactic to get me in the door. All of the models I wanted were on hold or reserved and not available for months. I will not return here, nor recommend this dealership to my friends and family. The truth and honesty will earn you respect. Let’s hope dealerships in general just die out. I ended up finding exactly what I wanted online and I’m so happy. Don’t let people waste your time ! More

The ad that I responded to was on cars. com and when I arrived to look at the car the salesman had the car parked up front and ready for a drive. The test drive went well and I was intereste com and when I arrived to look at the car the salesman had the car parked up front and ready for a drive. The test drive went well and I was interested in buying the car. That's when I found out that the dealer had added another $1,000 for LoJack that I had no interest in, and a supposed 1 yr. ceramic coating. I can't say that the car did not have a coating applied, but I can say that if it was done they did it poorly, going over all the minor surface scratches and even sap spots. As for LoJack it is my understanding that it is a subscription for a service and there is nothing to install. After I made a lower offer without the adds the sales manager came in to explain to me how unreasonable I was being. I left and checked out some other cars, but this one was my best option and I came back and bought it for $250.00 more than the ad I had responded to. A little diappointing. Now for ratings. My salesman Jeffrey Perez was nice and we had a good test drive, the salesmanager not so much, but I guess it's his job. Neil in finance handled the paperwork well and I drove away with the car after a reasonable amount of time for puchasing a car. My problem is with the owners/management that tries to milk extra money out of a sale by adding unnecessary dealer adds of dubious value and presenting them as must purchase items instead of options. I guess you could say we are a Honda family. We have just leased our ninth Honda in a row for our son, our daughter and my wife and I. After having a bad experience with several other deal We have just leased our ninth Honda in a row for our son, our daughter and my wife and I. After having a bad experience with several other dealerships, we decided to go with a Honda and have been very happy with the performance of the cars and working with Nick Popov, on each one. Having checked the average cost per mile while leasing, we are very happy with the results, never needing to pay for tires or brake jobs, while always driving a new vehicle with the latest improvements and especially driving with the latest safety features. I recommend, the car, the dealership and Nick for anyone in the market for a new car. More
Words can’t even begin to describe the stressful, time-consuming, and mentally-taxing experience this has been..not to mention the financial burden Howdy Honda has caused due to their incompetence an time-consuming, and mentally-taxing experience this has been..not to mention the financial burden Howdy Honda has caused due to their incompetence and refusal to acknowledge the issues, or accept accountability. What started out as a replacement for a stolen catalytic converter, turned in to a 24-day ordeal at the incompetent and irresponsible hands of Howdy Honda management. Throughout this entire crazy train ride of non-stop “surprise” car repairs and newly-created issues for a car that was running perfectly when I first took it in, the Manager at Howdy Honda refused to acknowledge their failure to complete the repairs. Once Howdy Honda touched my car, new issues were suddenly created every single time. Loud noises under the hood, the car seriously overheating, malfunctioning accessories, the AC suddenly not blowing cold air, and on and on and on. Due to an unending string of issues I found each and every time after they allegedly made new repairs, and after I had already paid, and after I had been allowed to drive the car home over and over again without a test-drive by the repair technician, it resulted in 4 return trips to Howdy Honda (including two tows at my expense) and a huge financial burden. For over a decade, I have been taking my car to Howdy Honda for routine maintenance and upkeep..and in April 2022, they passed it for the 2023 vehicle registration renewal inspection without any issue whatsoever. Granted, things do happen unexpectedly, but every time I drove off with the car, I had to bring it right back because there was a new problem. Before even investigating the issues, Howdy Honda always came with, “it’s not anything we did”. Throughout this Howdy Honda debacle, the Manager was dismissive, stoic, and defensive —making absurd excuses for Howdy Honda’s failures. The lame excuses also included “I don’t hear it”, “we can’t help it if we fix something and something else breaks”, “your car is old”, “it’s not that bad”, and “you don’t know your car”. After failing to appeal to the Manager’s sense of humanity and ethics, it was extremely disturbing that at the very least, he would not make a goodwill attempt to have the repair tech troubleshoot the problems and confirm their work (or change repair techs for that matter)..he wouldn’t even acknowledge that there were issues. Because Howdy Honda would not complete the repairs without creating new ones, and would not test their work before allowing me to drive off, they ultimately gouged me for over $4,000 in repair costs. The Manager refused to accept any accountability, and took advantage of a great customer by not completing the repairs as promised. Btw, the $4,000+ in repairs was in addition to what I had already paid for the catalytic converter. Finally, this domino-effect of non-stop problems became too much to bear..destroying all the trust I once placed in Howdy Honda. They obviously do not care about me as a customer, and are willing to take advantage of me as long as I allow. After 24 days of being held hostage with all the back-and-forth with Howdy Honda management -- and with no hope of resolution in sight -- I finally advised the Manager that I am taking the car to another shop for a second opinion. Due to a lack of anything more professional to say, he replied, “and pleeez take it to someone credible”. (Hmmm...I thought I HAD) Sadly, the Manager’s dismissiveness and condescending remark says a lot about his disconnected, cold attitude toward his customers…which is why after many years of customer loyalty, Howdy Honda will never get my business again. In hopes of helping to put a stop to Howdy Honda’s unethical behavior, I have since filed complaints with the Attorney General’s Office as well as the BBB. More
