Buyer Beware. It's completely illegal to require lowjack and permaguard warranties with the purchase of a vehicle. And yet the sales managers and salesman all proudly hold firm along with tint and a seasonal protection package. Furthermore they up-charge vehicle prices $5k above msrp across the board while dramatically low balling trade value offers. Tip*** - Honda Finance isn't competitive in the auto loan rate space for top tier borrowers. Go with a credit union. I went in expecting worst case $10k positive equity and a new vehicle and left empty handed hoping and praying other Locals aren't falling for this. Do not buy from this place. Value yourself and go to another dealership. You'll get wrecked otherwise. More

Prequalified to purchase a vehicle. Down payment was refused and pre-qualification process for the loan was approved. Vehicle was sold without contacting us with a simple phone call. Buying a car in the current climate with production and supply chain issues has not been as easy as it has been in the past. I showed up to Howdy Honda and was immediately greeted warmly by Krystin. We tal supply chain issues has not been as easy as it has been in the past. I showed up to Howdy Honda and was immediately greeted warmly by Krystin. We talked about my needs and wants in a new vehicle and she offered numerous suggestions that were already on the lot or that could be placed in production. The entire time she was very realistic and clear with what I could expect. After putting a deposit down, Krystin continued communicating with me via text, email, and even sent a video of what my new car would look like. The production time for the car I had intended to get ended up getting delayed. When I asked to change the vehicle I wanted, Krystin graciously made that change for me. I was so happy to have worked with Krystin from start to finish. She is extremely personable and connects well with people. 10/10 would highly recommend Krystin as a sales consultant and Howdy Honda for your car needs. Excellent experience! More
Dishonest. Called at 5:30 pm to schedule a test drive at 7 pm. I was told they had the make and model I wanted on order and there was a vehicle available to test drive tonight, I showed up and Ron Victori 7 pm. I was told they had the make and model I wanted on order and there was a vehicle available to test drive tonight, I showed up and Ron Victorino the sales manager, supposedly went to “check on the car” while the sales associate got my info. After going through the song and dance and keeping me 20 minutes, it ended up that there was no car for me to test drive. A total waste of my time. I was ready to buy a car tonight. Instead they lost a sale. I had a bad experience with a used car from Howdy Honda 20+ years ago but figured times had changed. They haven’t. I’ll never do business with this dealer again. More
Extremely negative experience with the Service department here. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks before Thanksgiving to have a piece of plastic on my car replaced. I arrived and met Mac, who got the car in here. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks before Thanksgiving to have a piece of plastic on my car replaced. I arrived and met Mac, who got the car in and out within the hour, and mentioned that my brake fluid and alignment had also been completed as part of the service. He also mentioned the brakes were making a sound, and then proceeded to make up a car part and tell me that it was safe to drive and the part was not critical. A week later, my brakes make a roaring, metallic sound when I activate them, the day I was supposed to leave town, and Howdy first tells me I should be fine driving 3 hours, then change to I should come in. They then tell me the next morning that the brakes are essentially ruined and need to be replaced. When I repeatedly questioned how this wasn't spotted during my scheduled service, or why I was allowed to drive out when the brakes made noise that representative themselves pointed out, the answer across the board was "I wasn't there." One of the other excuses was that my car had been serviced by an "Express tech" when I have in email writing that my service was to be done in the Main Shop. I then spoke to the Service Manager, who first tried implying that the broken plastic was somehow responsible for the brake issue, and then pivoting to "I wasn't there." After I let him know that answer was unacceptable, he insisted the brakes had to be replaced and offered a small discount. He then proceeded to try to sell me MORE services when I was clearly angry about the situation, claiming his tech had told him the transmission fluid was bad, the headlights needed restoring, etc, finally culminating in a flat out lie that my "battery was low." The battery was replaced by AAA two weeks prior, making his claim impossible. And again, why was none of this mentioned during the initial Servicing when you made a point to do other services alongside the part replacement? I finally got my car back, and while my brakes are working and not making noise, I will never be returning to Howdy Honda for Servicing, and I'm going to be posting this to BBB and elsewhere so others know. Even the person who recommended yall to me is embarrassed. If y'all need a motto, you should just make it "I wasn't there" since the department obviously wants zero responsibility and zero accountability for what goes on in your shop. Thanks, Howdy. More
Our sales consultant, Kyrstin Stanley, was very friendly and helpful when we went to test drive some Honda SUVs. She explained to us the differences between the HR-V, CR-V, Pilot, and Passport at her desk. and helpful when we went to test drive some Honda SUVs. She explained to us the differences between the HR-V, CR-V, Pilot, and Passport at her desk. Once we decided on checking out the CR-V and Pilot in person, she summoned these two vehicles and went over the exterior and interior features of each. My wife and I drove both vehicles around the parking lot to get a feel for them. Once we decided that we liked the feel of the Pilot, Kyrstin was able to tell us when the next shipment of the trim that we wanted was going to be delivered and we were able to get a quote for the total price with our appraised value of our trade in vehicle. I liked that we were able to put down a deposit to reserve a vehicle that was going to be delivered later on. Once the vehicle arrived, we returned and the process of trading in and purchasing the vehicle was very quick and easy. I appreciate Kyrstin's help throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend her if you're considering purchasing a Honda, she'll give you all of the info that you need. More

Aside from not answering the phone, the chat service not working, and my service points disappearing, they're fine. Plus the last time I discussed work on my vehicle, the main concern seemed to be making su working, and my service points disappearing, they're fine.
