Pretty quick and efficent Johan was great and helped us get a 2017 Honda Accord Touring Edition since all the Civic Hatchbacks were already sold out. We accidentally bought the demo car that gets used for loaners and had to make sure the previous person's stuff was taken out of the vehicle. The detailing could have used more work and Johan tried to see if we could wait until it was ready, but we declined because of having a time crunch. No complaints, the car is great, and Johan tried to make sure we got it done as fast as possible and was willing to go to bat about a little dust on the dashboard. Will definitely be back when its time for another car. More
