Monday, they diagnosed a fatal transmission flaw, but that Monday morning, Christian Mancheno had pulled a newly arrived used Odyssey for me to test drive. Within an hour or so, Christian made the sale happen-no pressure. We picked it up Wednesday, detailed and with a new set of Michelans, signed the papers with Chris Hobbick and had a new van. Unbelievably easy, Christian and Chris did a great job meeting our needs. It's always a pleasure doing business with Howdy Honda. The service team comped the old van inspection. More
