My husband and I had done our research but it was Johan's thoroughness, patience and guidance that made our experience memorably wonderful - not something we expected at a car dealership! This was highlighted even more when we looked at another Honda dealership in town, where we were kept waiting and waiting, and we felt like our 'salesman' couldn't be bothered to give us details on the car or the process.
