We have dealt with Huber for 7 years now. We have purchased 6 vehicles from them, sold 1 to them, and we have all of our family vehicles (4 of them!) serviced by them. Oil change and tire rotation kinda My wife took in my truck because I was unable to do so to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. The service department told my wife that they co My wife took in my truck because I was unable to do so to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. The service department told my wife that they couldnt rotate my tires due to them not having the 6 splien lug nut socket but then they came back out later to say they had one but still were not being able to rotate the tires because they couldnt get them off the truck and that my truck needed the back rotors replaced and all around pads changed. My truck has 35000 miles on it so the rotors are fine they were just not wanting to deal with taking the 35s off my truck. It took them over 2 hours to change my oil and still charged my wife for the oil change and the tire rotation. I purchased my truck from them and had a great experience there but will not be bringing back my truck for service after how they treated my wife. More

Both Rear Wheel Bearings Replaced The 2015 Ford Explorer's rear wheel bearings were going out.
