I had an unfortunate chain of events happen from my service that was recommended for the transmission purely as maintenance. There was a cross threaded bolt, cracked catalytic converter and still an ex service that was recommended for the transmission purely as maintenance. There was a cross threaded bolt, cracked catalytic converter and still an exhaust leak that is being figured out. I am so unhappy with this happening and will have an extremely hard time taking any vehicle back for service. I have driven my vehicle with the exhaust leak for several days with a strong exhaust smell after picking it up three different times and it was suppose to be fixed each time. More

Price was more than quoted and tires weren’t there when they were suppose to be. Found out after there a fee for credit cards. Jennifer is great to work with. The problem with my 2021 Tahoe was not resolved. It only has 26,000 miles on it and there's a clicking noise when driving.
