They do not honor their word. I was told the day of purchase because of a pre certified vehicle I would receive 2 free service .We was charged for the visit and I called to reques I was told the day of purchase because of a pre certified vehicle I would receive 2 free service .We was charged for the visit and I called to request a refund back. Voided my power train warranty even after proof of me trying to fix it at another dealership was under the mileage and everything but because I chose to get it fixed at the place I bought my car from cas trying to fix it at another dealership was under the mileage and everything but because I chose to get it fixed at the place I bought my car from cash thinking they would help they chose to buy it from me for not even half of what I paid for it which was 23,000$ cash they are crooks and don’t value a good customer if I could I’d give them NO STARS I definitely would More

If I could give more stars I would! If you ever want a vehicle, I promise you Timothy the Sales Man and Roger the Sales Manager did a phenomenal job! Out of any of the dealerships me and my spouse have gone to, these two people have knocked it out of the park! They really care about their customers and are Christian based. The last thing they want to do is screw someone over on a car so they work really hard to help you in any way they can. Any vehicles In the future will 100% be bought from them! Ps. They sent us a very sweet letter which really showed us how much they care about their customers! More
