We were traveling from Fayetteville NC to Wellsville NY and suddenly our 2018 2500 HD Silverado loss power and we had an emissions error so we immediately found the closet dealer. We arrived right at opening at the service dept and was assisted by Brian Schiegel. He took great care to get us back on the road ASAP, stating the parts we needed were in stock and one of their best mechanics was on the job. The original job was estimated at 9.5 hours, yet we were out of there by 3 pm and the shuttle driver took my wife to get lunch and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything. When we are ready to purchase a new truck, we will go to Hubert Vester Chevorlet, hoping their sales dept is as good as their service dept. More
