The parts and service department need a lot of help. Ordered parts that were not mine and charged me for them. Did get that straight. The parts that was put on my car broke and new ones were ordered but Ordered parts that were not mine and charged me for them. Did get that straight. I had to call to check if they came in and was told they were waiting for the person that ordered them to call me. That is not right. That is why customers are upset and not satisfied with these departments. Last if a customer has issues with there bill it needs to be explained to them and not pushed aside as if you don't know what is going on. Very poor communication between departments ALL. More

Disappointed in the Chevy side, back two days in a row, first day I paid to see why the battery was dead. Next day took it back wasn’t charging. I even asked if they could prorate the battery for a new o first day I paid to see why the battery was dead. Next day took it back wasn’t charging. I even asked if they could prorate the battery for a new one since it wasn’t that old . Said it was fine. Told me I could take it next door to Honda Service synergy they might find something. Honda checked it out and replaced the battery. No problems since. They were great! I appreciated them going the extra mile. More
