Brian was sincere and a man of his word. He is not your typical car salesman. Great job Brian! Also had a few dealer installed options a the man met me outside before I could even go inside More

Thank you for sharing about your recent Service visit. I am pleased that Ashley Brown served you well. I believe the other gentleman to which you refer is Willie Neal. We appreciate your recognition of him and his interpersonal skills. Willie has been a member of our Service team for 28 years and is dedicated to serving our customers in whatever capacity is needed. They raised their prices and dropped the free check. This dealer does not care about keeping your business like they did a year or so ago. More

I am sorry to hear that we have left the impression that we do not care about keeping our customers satisfied. We certainly strive to stay competitive with our pricing. I'm not sure about the 'free check' to which you refer. Our multi-point inspection is part of each service performed. And, though we charge a diagnostic fee, if the repair is performed by us it is waived/absorbed. Our Service Manager, Heith Cummings, would be happy to discuss your concerns further with you. Please reach out to him at your earliest convenience at (252) 399-0800, ext. 4201 or hcummings@hvautogroup.com. Lisa Owens Customer Relations Manager
