We drove to Wilson from Raleigh NC through True Car connection. Spoke to Mark (sales manager) and was set up with Gregory Humphrey. We waited for a new CRV, he answered all text questions, got exactly what I was looking for and called when it came in. The staff was great, we got a great reasonable deal the paperwork and financing were explained well, a few options of adding services and protection and I drove home with a new car! Gregory took good care of us and once we saw someone in finance he also took good care of us. He had left for the day and came back. My problem is with the dealership and lack of communication. We test drove week before purchase and filled out all financial information ahead of time to make the process more efficient. we had a 4;30 appointment to buy the vehicle with everything worked out from down payment to financing.
