Mike was an exceptional person and salesman. I was immediately impressed with his eagerness to help and guide my wife and I to an exceptional Highlander. I actually went there to look at a us I was immediately impressed with his eagerness to help and guide my wife and I to an exceptional Highlander. I actually went there to look at a used 21 Highlander that was advertised. He went over the car fax, explained the past history and was sold on a used Highlander. The wife was not and we then asked Mike a brand new vehicle. There was not one available on the lot, Mike said he would get us one. He did, he delivered, he kept me advised about the time the car would be available as he had located one in Charlotte. The vehicle was fantastic, both the wife and I fell immediately in love with the car. Mike is an outstanding person, very neat in appearance, well knowledged on Toyota and was both very businesslike and friendly, would be very happy to recomment him to any one that would be seeking a new or used vehicle!! This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from HVT, a new 2006 Sienna Mini Van that was purchased in 2006, that was a great experience, but this experience with HVT and Mike Daniels this time was the easiest choice I have ever made.
