Glen Porter was exceptional from the first time we met and through the entire process. He was very easy to communicate with and his communication with the finance manager Billy, was clear and efficient. They were able to find our 2024 Corolla SE in the color and spec we wanted and have it on the spot the very next day. Glen was already working my paperwork and deal before I even arrived. This made my total time at the dealership less than 2hrs. That has to be a record!! and with busy lives was very much appreciated. There was no back and forth baloney with the finance manager and they came with the best deal right out the gate. As active duty military with an out of state license they knew exactly how to handle that (as some dealerships do not). If you are in the market for a new Toyota, I can’t recommend them enough! Even if I had to travel a couple hours to buy a new car, I’d definitely do that to work with them again. Great job keep it up! More
Our sales person Kevin Li was great, he tried very hard to make our experience a good one. The rest of the dealership leaves a lot to be desired especially management. The carpets and seats had not been cleaned, there was still food and garbage from the previous owners in the car, even the windows were not cleaned properly, and the smell, there was this funky smell. My husband and I spent a combined 15 hours cleaning the vehicle ourselves. There were other things wrong with the vehicle when it was delivered as well, but I don't want to write a book here. I wrote a letter to the used car manager, sales manager and general manager regarding the condition the vehicle was delivered to us in and never got a response from one of them. Kevin did take care of the smell when I had to take the vehicle back in to have the new door panel, that I had to source and order, installed. And he did see to it that I was reimbursed for the door panel. As I said in the beginning Kevin did work hard to try and make me happy but in the end when management can't take the time to acknowledge a letter written to them, that is just plain rude. Apparently management doesn't care if their customers are happy or not because overall I am not happy with this dealership. You know what they say: a happy customer tells a friend, an unhappy customer tells the world. More
