Last year they lost my renewal card, causing me to stand in line at DMV for 45 minutes instead of renewing online in two minutes. This year'after it passed inspection the inspector failed to send the info to DMV. Customer service rep Bonnie R. saved the day by going out of her way to get things straight with DMV. She deserves a raise. Everyone else needs to be evaluated. More

Quick tire replacement warranty I was pleased that the tires purchased for my son's car were under a 1 year road hazard warranty and when he had a flat that blew out the sidewall of I was pleased that the tires purchased for my son's car were under a 1 year road hazard warranty and when he had a flat that blew out the sidewall of the tire they were able to get me in the same afternoon and get the tire replaced quickly for only the cost of mounting and balancing. Matt did a great job of taking care of me and getting my son's car back on the road with a new tire quickly. More
