Definitely not a great experience, mostly because of my experience with my salesperson. I had to wait on my vehicle to be delivered (~ weeks), and it was delayed twice. No one's fault whatsoever at HVT, experience with my salesperson. I had to wait on my vehicle to be delivered (~ weeks), and it was delayed twice. No one's fault whatsoever at HVT, BUT my salesperson had no real sense of urgency when the vehicle was due in. Every step of the process with my salesperson was so much harder than it needed to be!! Prior to the delivery date, I'd pressed my salesperson to confirm that I could get my vehicle the day it was delivered. Sure, no problem. I pull up on the day it's scheduled for delivery, and he just rather nonchalantly tells me "they" aren't going to let me get it today "because they have some things to do to it." Those things were installing a GPS (that I opted out of) and performing a state inspection (takes 20 minutes). I asked if we could speak to someone about prioritizing that for me. While I was waiting, another salesperson, Bernard, walks over and explains the process and tells me that it is definitely possible that I could get the vehicle the same day (so helpful). Next, out walks Byron. In 90 seconds, we had a path forward and that afternoon I drove off in a brand new vehicle. Bernard and Byron are the reasons I would recommend this dealership. More
