Pinky was amazing! I was looking for a very specific truck and fortunately it had already moved off the lot. He investigated for some time and got down to locating that I was looking for a very specific truck and fortunately it had already moved off the lot. He investigated for some time and got down to locating that exact truck to only realize it had been sold. He didn’t stop there. He got me into an even better truck that I didn’t realize I needed for nearly the same price. I wouldn’t have bought that truck if Pinky hadn’t worked so diligently at going the extra miles for me that day. I loved all my adventures in the 4-Runner I was trading in and all the stickers I’d collected. He even peeled them off and moved them to new my new Chevy. Then he helped me set up my radio and truck settings to make driving away a breeze. Couldn’t have asked for a better Silverado experience. Thank you Pinky for making my experience there amazing. We brought in my truck and my wife's Traverse at the same time. It was talked about getting the truck done first so we could come back for the Traverse. Our appointment was at 8:15am which we arrived right on time. We checked out with the truck at 10:52! Over two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation! That's disappointing. Never saw our service advisor James Templeton once. More
