Ryan Rummell sat down with us and answered alot of questions, walked all over the lot with us and helped us get into a 2026 Silverado Custom. Ryan was super helpful and able to point out features on a variety of different trucks. We never felt rushed and got a great deal . Gave me $6000 less than NADA rough trade in value on a like new, 12,000 mile truck. Turned around and priced it at excellent certified value, which was what it cost new. Sold me a car for $14,000 that books for $8000 just 4 months later. Car immediately had multiple issues. Had a violent shaking at highway speeds the day I bought it because it needed tires. Burns oil like crazy, so much it's uncomfortable to drive, knowing it was a vehicle I'd use to transport my infant child. And now needs brakes as well, just four short months later. I wish I could give zero stars, these guys are con artists.

I agree with all negative reviews here.This dealership sent me a letter stating that I won a prize and I dont have to buy any car from them in order to claim my prize. After driving 2 hours to this dealership and manager told me that they ran out of prizes and waiting for Fedex to deliver the prize. I looked at few cars and asked them about price. They lied about prices. None of their prices matched prices their website. Most of their cars are marked way more than KBB value. Manager was very rude on phone.Glad i didnt buy anything from these people.Rip off. Buyers beware.

Hello, all! If you're reading these reviews, I bet you're probably in the market for a new vehicle. Well, I'm not here to tell you if Gates is the place for your new purchase, but I am quite prepared to say you should never try to get a vehicle serviced at this dealership! I came to Gate and attempted to have my low-mileage, under-warranty vehicle diagnosed for a knocking sound. After a 2.5 hour wait (was told 1 hour, and watched another customer enter, get service, a loaner, and leave before me) a serviceman approached me and outright refused to diagnose the issue, stating their refusal was due to 'snow on the ground', and that I should come back when it's nicer outside. Seriously! As soon as I left their service center and hit the road at 20mph, the knocking was CLEARLY audible! After calling the service center to set a date and time *they* find appropriate, and not being given one, I requested to speak to the floor manager. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, but said he could not arrange a diagnostic until the following week, which I found unacceptable. I'm sure their salesman are quite genial and the deals superb, but I would suggest staying away from their service center: they seem selective about who they want to serve and who they do not.

Showed up looking to purchase a Corvette at Sibbitt Chevrolet. The one they had in stock was not a convertible, so we asked Tim Sibbitt if he could get one. We got a one word reply - "NO". He said the allocation was not there and simply walked away. Never attempted to call GM about getting one, never attempted to call another dealer for a trade, simply just said no. This was a $60,000 car!!! Wound up purchasing from another dealer. Years later showed up again looking to trade my S-10 for a new Colorado. Sticker price on the Colorado was $28,000, and the initial offer was $24,000 difference - the S-10 had 168,000 miles on it. I offered $20,000 and was told "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." A few days later returned and offered $22,000. They came back at $23,000; I told them the offer was $22,000. Once again "Oh, no, no, no, we just can't do that." Next day went to the same dealer I bought the Corvette from and they beat Sibbitt's price by $3,000. Called Sibbitt back and told them I was walking away because I got a better deal. Then their story changed to "OK, we'll trade for $20,000." After they turned down $22,000 24 hours earlier. They tried to give me some story about how they just got a new rebate in that morning. It was a Friday & the last day of the month - I am not that stupid! Since then I have NEVER been back, and will never go back. I would stay far away from this dealer.
