I went for a routine oil change at Hubler Chevrolet. I was greeted with a smile from John Revor and he checked me in. It's so nice when you can tell someone enjoys their job. I'm giving the overall process 4 stars. It was stressful being there ALL DAY. It was also stressful because I found out I was approved a few hours before we actually closed the deal and I It was stressful being there ALL DAY. Crissy and Tee were GREAT, I would give them both 5 stars!!!!!!! I understand that there was a lot of customers and a lot was going on. I suggest having the customer download the app and register while waiting. Maybe also possibly streamlining something between approval and meeting with finance to make it more pleasurable. More
