Jennifer- I apologize if the service you received was less that our very best. We made a couple of attempts at emailing you your estimate for the repair and for some reason was un able to get them to you. We would be more than happy to mail them if that would help. As far as some of the other discrepancies are concerned, the in service date for the factory (Jeep) powertrain warranty is the original in service date when the vehicle was purchased new and has expired. The contract date for the current powertrain warranty we provide is when the contract itself was dated. It is still active but unfortunately only covers mechanical parts in the powertrain such as internal moving parts in the engine and transmission and does not cover the throttle body failure. The warranty is administered by Assurant and their number is 1-800-621-2130. I again apologize you were not given that number to begin with. Also I have a list of covered items being emailed to me, I can send you if you would like to have it. If there are any further questions I can help with please feel free to email me @ jharden@drivehubler.com.
