Tori conveyed the info my appointment . Work was completed on time. Tori and the service manager contacted GM to handle the warrant issue for me . Tori conveyed the information to me that I would not have to contact GM over the warranty issue. The price issue is directed towards GM , not the dealership. This torque converter issue occurred at approximately 45,000 miles. Warranty should have covered the entire cost as well as pay for the fluid change that I had to cover .
